Creating multiple Accounts (duplicate accounts, secondary accounts, or accounts under false identities) is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances. Utility bills, bank statements, or official correspondence may be required to verify your address. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of Account creation may result in Account suspension and inability to withdraw funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be considered authorized by you, and you bear full responsibility for all transactions, bets, deposits, and withdrawals made using your credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify mex77 customer support immediately.
You must keep your Account information current and accurate. If you change your phone number, email address, residential address, or any other contact details, you must update your Account information within 7 days. Failure to maintain accurate information may delay withdrawals or result in Account restrictions.
mex77 accepts deposits through the following Indonesian payment methods: Bank transfer via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon; e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not accept deposits in any other currency.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account verification level. Newly registered Accounts have a daily deposit limit of Rp 10,000,000 until KYC verification is completed. Verified Accounts have higher limits as displayed in the cashier section.
Deposits via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically processed instantly. E-wallet deposits are also processed in real-time. If your deposit does not appear in your Account within 15 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number. mex77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking system maintenance.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. If we detect that a deposit originated from an account not belonging to you, the funds will be returned to the source (minus any processing fees), your Account will be suspended, and any winnings derived from those funds will be voided.
mex77 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transfer fees. Any fees charged by third-party payment processors are your responsibility.
You may withdraw funds from your Real Money Balance at any time, subject to successful completion of identity verification (KYC) and compliance with any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus funds. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching your mex77 Account details.
Withdrawals to major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically processed within 3-8 minutes during Western Indonesia Time (WIB) business hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00). Withdrawals requested outside business hours, on weekends, or during public holidays may experience delays due to banking system maintenance. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are generally processed within 2-5 minutes. These are average processing times; actual times may vary based on verification requirements and transaction volume.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 per transaction. Daily withdrawal limits are Rp 50,000,000 for verified Accounts. Weekly withdrawal limits are Rp 200,000,000. Monthly withdrawal limits are Rp 500,000,000. Higher limits may be available for VIP-tier members.
Withdrawals must be processed using the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless that method does not support withdrawals. This anti-money laundering policy ensures funds are returned to their legitimate source. If your deposit method cannot receive withdrawals, you will be required to provide alternative bank account details and complete additional verification.
mex77 does not charge withdrawal fees. Your first three withdrawals each month are completely free. Subsequent withdrawals may be subject to a nominal processing fee of Rp 5,000 per transaction to cover banking costs. Receiving bank or e-wallet may charge incoming transfer fees.
mex77 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts exceeding Rp 25,000,000. This may include requesting bank statements, proof of funds source, or video verification call. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days will result in withdrawal cancellation and return of funds to your Account balance.
mex77 offers various promotional Bonuses to enhance your gaming experience. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions detailed in the promotional offer. By accepting a Bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable Wagering Requirements and restrictions. Bonuses are provided at mex77's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or cancelled at any time without prior notice.
Bonus funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they can be converted to Real Money and withdrawn. Wagering Requirements specify the number of times you must bet the Bonus amount (e.g., 30x means you must place bets totaling 30 times the Bonus value). Different games contribute differently toward Wagering Requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute 10-20%, and sports bets contribute based on odds. Maximum bet limits apply when playing with Bonus funds. Exceeding these limits (typically Rp 25,000 per bet for casino games or certain odds thresholds for sports betting) will void the Bonus and any winnings derived from it. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until Wagering Requirements are met. If you request a withdrawal before meeting requirements, the Bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
mex77 strictly prohibits Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim Bonuses multiple times, colluding with other players to manipulate Bonus outcomes, using strategies designed solely to circumvent Wagering Requirements, or engaging in arbitrage betting. Any suspected Bonus abuse will result in immediate confiscation of Bonuses, voiding of associated winnings, and potential Account termination.
Bonuses have expiration periods, typically 30 days from the date of issue. If Wagering Requirements are not completed within the specified timeframe, the Bonus and any winnings from Bonus play will be removed from your Account. Check the specific promotional terms for exact expiration dates.
You agree to use mex77 Services in a fair, honest, and sportsmanlike manner. Cheating, fraud, collusion, or any form of manipulation is strictly prohibited. If you need to take a break from gambling, you can self-exclude your Account for a minimum period of 6 months or permanently. Upon termination, all pending bets will be voided, Bonuses will be forfeited, and your Real Money Balance will be returned to you (minus any amounts owed to mex77) after completion of any necessary investigations. You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure does not release you from any obligations or liabilities incurred while the Account was active.

All disputes will be handled in accordance with Indonesian law and jurisdiction. You agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action. Any legal proceedings must be initiated within 12 months of the event giving rise to the dispute.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of mex77 Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indonesian courts. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
